Why a percentage, and why 8–10%
A percentage of gross ties our pay to yours: we only earn when the load pays, so the incentive is always to book the better-paying move, not just the next one on the board. A lower percentage on a lower-paying load can leave more on the table than a slightly higher percentage on a load that was actually negotiated up.
The fee is priced to include the whole back office — load sourcing, rate negotiation, rate cons, BOL and POD handling, invoicing support, and weekly performance reporting — not a stripped-down base with paid add-ons. Carriers on AddisDispatch average $3.24 RPM, a 96% load-success rate, and 34% less deadhead — and lower deadhead alone is real money back on a typical 2,500-mile week.

- We charge 8–10% of the gross load rate depending on fleet size and plan. Solo operators pay 10% and Professional accounts (up to 3 trucks) pay an introductory 8% for the first 6 months, then 10%. No hidden fees, no minimums.
