How It Works

From onboarding to your first load

Getting started with AddisDispatch is three steps and a couple of days. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you, and how a data-run dispatch operation keeps your truck moving after you are set up.

  1. 01

    Onboard & Connect

Share your equipment, lanes, and goals, and send your carrier packet. We set up your profile, verify your authority and insurance, and plug your operation into our data workflow. Most carriers are fully onboarded within 24–48 hours.

  2. 02

    Optimize & Dispatch

Your dedicated dispatcher sources and matches loads, scores the options on cost-per-mile and reliability, negotiates the rate, and dispatches the most profitable move — then handles the rate confirmation and paperwork.

  3. 03

    Track & Improve

On-time performance and cost trends are tracked continuously, feeding transparent weekly reporting and lane adjustments that sharpen every next load. You always know your RPM, your utilization, and where the next dollar is.

What you need to get started

We work with newly authorized carriers as well as established ones. If your MC authority is active and you carry the required insurance, we can get you rolling — and we will guide you through the rest.

  • An active MC authority
  • The required insurance (we'll need your certificate of insurance)
  • A signed W-9
  • Your carrier packet — we help you build a strong one from day one

Ready to get rolling?

Send us your details and your dedicated dispatcher can start sourcing loads within a day or two.
